Hi, I’m Kimia Hamidi.

There are a few reasons why I have started blogging and a few goals that I want to accomplish with this site:

  • Build an engaged audience of marketers, founders, sales execs, and entrepreneurs in the internet tech space.
  • Share the journey of running Ghostit.
  • Share lessons/guides/resources relating to sales, marketing, management, and startups.
  • Work my way up to become a world-class performer in sales, marketing, and management. See this post on how and why. 

A little about me.

Before founding Ghostit, I co-founded a startup called Moments. An Instagram for achievement based moments which would provide tangible rewards upon upload. While the app was met with initial praise and some traction, my team and I could not achieve the milestones that we needed to accomplish to make the company successful.

After Moments, I went on to co-found a network of E-commerce stores using drop shipping. We grew the network to twelve stores and just under twenty employees but the model was inherently unsustainable.

After leaving Marketbase I founded Ghostit. Ghostit was founded on the grounds that most companies do not do their own marketing well. It has evolved into a company where we are ultimately helping our customers connect with their audience. Ghostit automates businesses online presence by creating a strategy, creating content that will resonate with the businesses audience, and using our software platform to push that content to all relevant channels.
